Terms and Conditions of 75wcom — Clear Rules for Playing Safely

By accessing, browsing, or using any 75wcom service, you confirm that you have full legal capacity under Brazilian law, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to comply with them in full. Acceptance takes place at the time of registration and is formalized by clicking the confirmation checkbox displayed during the account creation process.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you, the user, and 75wcom. If you are acting on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the new conditions.

To use 75wcom, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age as of the registration date;
• Be a resident of Brazil or have lawful access to the platform under the legislation in force in your place of residence;
• Hold a valid CPF registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal);
• Not be registered on any active self-exclusion list — including 75wcom's own restricted players registry;
• Not have had a previous account closed by 75wcom for violation of these Terms.

75wcom reserves the right to request proof of age and identity documents at any time. Providing false information regarding age or identity will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all bonus balances, and any applicable legal action.

Each user may have only one active account at 75wcom. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment method is not permitted. Duplicate accounts will result in all associated accounts being blocked and balances held pending completion of an internal investigation.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including: your full name as it appears on your ID, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active Brazilian mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current through your account dashboard.

Your account password is solely your responsibility. 75wcom will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact support at suporte@75wcom.best.

75wcom accepts the following deposit methods, all processed in Brazilian reais (BRL):

• Pix — minimum deposit of R$ 10.00, processed in seconds, available 24 hours a day;
• Boleto bancário — minimum deposit of R$ 20.00, processed within 1 business day after payment;
• Credit or debit card Visa and Mastercard — minimum deposit of R$ 20.00;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — subject to the limits of the digital wallet used;
• TED Bank Transfer from Brazilian banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil — minimum deposit of R$ 50.00, processed during banking hours.

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the name of the 75wcom account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will result in a precautionary hold on the balance pending verification of the funds' origin. 75wcom does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or digital wallet may apply their own charges.

The minimum withdrawal at 75wcom is R$ 20.00. The preferred method is Pix, with processing completed in under 5 minutes after approval. Withdrawals via other methods follow the standard processing times of each financial institution.

Before making your first withdrawal, your account must go through the identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer), which includes submitting:

• Photo ID (national ID card, driver's license, or passport);
• Proof of residence issued within the last 90 days;
• Selfie with your ID document to confirm account ownership.

75wcom reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 or in cases of unusual behavior flagged by the anti-fraud system. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the account holder's name.

75wcom offers the following main promotions, subject to the conditions described below:

• Welcome bonus: 100% match on your first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00 via Pix or another accepted method. Rollover requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered at least 30 (thirty) times before any withdrawal. Validity period: 30 days from activation.
• Weekly cashback: variable percentage (up to 15%) on net losses from the previous week, credited every Monday morning. The cashback amount may be withdrawn with no rollover requirement.
• Protected bet: refund of up to R$ 50.00 in bonus credits if the account's first real-money bet is lost. Valid for new registrations on the first deposit only. Rollover requirement: 5x the credit amount.
• Tournaments: real-money prizes distributed among the top-ranked players. Rules, deadlines, and ranking criteria are published individually for each tournament.

Using multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses, hedging bets to withdraw bonuses without real risk, and any other form of promotional abuse are strictly prohibited. 75wcom reserves the right to cancel bonuses and withhold withdrawals if any of these practices are identified.

75wcom offers live and pre-match Sports Betting on football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores de América, and international competitions), MMA/UFC, volleyball, NBB basketball, and other sports, as well as casino games, crash games (including Aviator, Spaceman, and JetX), slots, roulette, poker, and live casino.

The minimum bet per event is R$ 1.00 for casino games and crash games, and may vary across Sports Betting markets depending on the event. The maximum bet is set individually per market and can be reviewed before confirming your bet slip.

Confirmed bets cannot be changed or canceled by the user, except where the Cash Out feature is available for the market in question. 75wcom reserves the right to cancel bets in cases of obvious technical errors in the odds, canceled events, or other exceptional circumstances set out in the specific rules for each sport or game type.

In accumulator bets, if one selection is voided, the bet is recalculated without that selection while all remaining picks stay valid. Live bets may be subject to temporary suspension during score updates or in-game incidents.

By using 75wcom, you agree to:

• Provide only truthful information and keep your registration details up to date;
• Do not use the platform for any illegal purposes, including money laundering or the financing of illicit activities;
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or tamper with any platform feature;
• Do not use automation software, bots, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in games or bets;
• Treat support agents with respect and courtesy;
• Do not share your login credentials with third parties.

Any conduct constituting abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, at 75wcom's sole discretion, without prejudice to any applicable legal measures.

75wcom applies technical and procedural anti-money laundering (AML) measures in compliance with Brazilian law, including Law No. 9,613/1998 and Central Bank of Brazil regulations. As part of these measures, the platform may request proof of the source of funds for deposits or withdrawals that exceed internal thresholds set by our compliance team.

75wcom's anti-fraud system continuously monitors unusual behavioral patterns, including but not limited to: systematic hedge betting, creation of multiple accounts, use of a VPN to mask location, and attempts to manipulate results. Accounts under suspicion may have withdrawals preventively suspended for up to 30 days while an investigation is ongoing.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any platform content without prior written authorization from 75wcom is strictly prohibited.

Access to 75wcom grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license for personal use of the platform in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or commercially exploit any part of the services.

75wcom is not liable for financial losses arising from bets placed on the platform, as outcomes depend on sporting events and game mechanics that are inherently random. Sports Betting and casino games involve real financial risk, and it is solely the user's responsibility to decide whether, when, and how much to wager.

75wcom does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform and is not liable for losses caused by technical outages, scheduled maintenance, the user's internet connection failures, or force majeure events. In the event of a technical failure affecting the outcome of a bet or game, 75wcom will investigate the incident and take the fairest corrective action possible.

75wcom's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the incident.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time through 75wcom support. Any available real-money balance will be returned after identity verification is complete and no pending issues remain. Bonus balances are not returned upon voluntary closure.

75wcom reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following cases:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms;
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes;
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform;
• User's own request for self-exclusion;
• Court or regulatory order.

In cases of closure due to a Terms violation, 75wcom may retain bonus balances and winnings obtained through abusive behavior, while keeping the real deposited balance available for withdrawal after the investigation is complete.

75wcom believes healthy entertainment requires boundaries. That's why we offer the following self-control tools in every account dashboard:

• Deposit limit: set maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits;
• Loss limit: set the maximum amount you can lose within a given period;
• Temporary self-exclusion: pause the account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent closure with a block on new registrations using the same CPF.

Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible and takes effect immediately upon request. Any attempt to create a new account using the same CPF after a permanent self-exclusion will result in the immediate closure of the new account. These Terms are governed by the laws of Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and the legislation applicable to the betting and digital entertainment market in Brazil.

In the event of a dispute between a user and 75wcom, both parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution through the support channel. If the conflict persists, the courts of the user's place of domicile in Brazil shall have jurisdiction over any matters arising from these Terms, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
